Avi Kukshal
Berlin, Germany
I work in RevOps at an AI startup in Berlin. I joined as a founders associate, and most of my work today revolves around implementation and sales ops. Before a sale, that means setting up our sales stack, automating the manual work around it, and building custom demos. After a sale, it means onboarding customers and getting their workflows running on our platform.
I'm not an engineer by training, but I like building things. So in my free time I build tools for problems I have myself. I plan the product, design it, and build it with Claude and Codex.
Here are a few of them. The bigger ones have a page that explains why I built them and how they work.
Projects
-
Karya →
My tasks were spread across Slack, Gmail, HubSpot and Notion. Karya is a task manager that reads all four and suggests tasks for me. I plan my day from one place.
-
Echo →
With Granola and Wispr Flow both running, my MacBook Air overheated during calls. One Mac app for meeting notes and dictation. The audio stays on my laptop.
-
Hisaab → I wanted to track my spending without sharing my bank data. Hisaab is a private finance tracker. It reads my bank statements and shows where the money goes.
-
Applyer → AI tools for job applications make things up on the CV. Applyer finds roles, prepares each application and tracks the replies. It checks its own writing against real facts.
-
CalQ →
I do small calculations all day. Currency, time zones, percentages. A notepad that shows the answer next to each line. I use it every day.

Chess Analysis ↗
Chess.com limits how many game reviews you get for free. It loads my games and reviews them for free in the browser. Built on Chesskit.
-
Flaags ↗
The flag quiz sites my friend and I tried looked bad. A clean flag quiz with three game modes. We play it most days.
